Dear Brothers and Sisters of Local 71,

Please read the information below carefully, as the process has changed.  

YOUR IUEC ID (ALSO KNOWN AS INTERNATIONAL NUMBER) IS NOW REQUIRED TO MAKE A PAYMENT FOR DUES ONLY.  THIS NUMBER IS ON YOUR QUARTER CARD.

IF YOU ARE NOT YET INITIATED, PLEASE CALL US FOR A TEMPORARY ID NUMBER.

You will have the option to use an electronic check (routing number and bank account number), for no fee. Credit and debit cards have a flat $15.00 fee (not encouraged if you are charging less than $500.00, for example). 

On the pay screen, you can make a payment. Creating an account in Smart Pay is not necessary, unless you want to. 

Please remember credit and debit cards are charged a $15.00 fee, so do not use a card if you are not prepared to pay this fee.  We recommend electronic check with routing and account number.

It is our hope that this feature will assist us in receiving your payments faster.  With Smart Pay, there is no worry that your payment will not arrive at our office.  If you are currently processing your payment through your bank account, we encourage you to switch to Smart Pay.  It is a safe, effective way to pay your dues online.
